SAMANTHA COULL
DIRECTOR
​Samantha founded ProTours in 2013 and continues to work with some of the leading producers in the UK. Having co-produced several productions herself and booked tours for over a decade, she knows the circuit inside out and specialises in tailoring each tour to the producer's requirements.
ADELAIDE WHITELAW
BOOKING ASSISTANT
Addie has always been passionate about the performing arts, having been dancing since she was 4, participating in plays and musicals at school, and then going on to study French and Theatre at The University of Warwick. She's delighted to have started at ProTours in January 2025, bringing her care and attention-to-detail to the team, and hopes to continue nurturing strong relationships with venues and producers alike.
MERRIN SHARPLES-MOORE
BOOKING COORDINATOR
Having been involved with a local theatre company since her teens, Merrin has always had a strong connection to the performing arts. With a background in art and administration, she introduced a wealth of talent to the team at ProTours when she joined in February 2022 and continues to develop her great relationships with producers and venues, 4 years on. She now oversees all tours as booking coordinator.
EMMA MULKERN
TOUR BOOKER
​Having been part of ProTours since 2017, Emma has grown alongside the company, working on a variety of productions. With a background in performance and experience in sales and event management, she understands the industry from both artistic and operational perspectives; bringing creative insight and touring expertise to the team. Emma loves connecting with producers and venues, and is always up for a chat.
TERESA BURNS
FREELANCE GENERAL MANAGER
​Teresa is a independent creative producer and general manager with over 10 years experience, whom ProTours regularly work in association with. Teresa is highly experienced in managing small to mid scale tours. She specialises in contracting artists, budgeting, financial administration and organising castings. She also writes and advises on successful Arts Council applications.
